The journey of 365days usually begins with one second, ticking from the month of January and definitely stopping in the month of December with so much drama to talk about in between. The year 2017 like other outdated years has come and gone with jaw-breaking experiences in Nigeria under the rule of the change advocators. However, as fresh as the year 2018 is, it has also come with its own drama visible to the blind and in fact, audible to the deaf. In essence, lots of activities, both good and bad would manifest this year to individuals, private and public establishments, as well as the society at large. Naturally, these things would be recorded - births, deaths, seasonal change, and all sorts. On the other hand, there lie other things to manifest this year in Nigeria without natural inclinations. In a span of 365days, there is a likely tendency for certain occurrences to manifest with 100% level of certainty in any country. Occurrences like Accidents, Birth, Death, Holidays, Seasonal Changes (Raining, Dry and Harmattan), Criminal Acts, Court Cases, and all sorts are natural mystic that comes every year in most if not all countries or communities today. For instance, it is obvious that Nigeria recorded a significant amount of birth and death rate this year; different climatic conditions; and numerous police/court cases as a result of peoples' involvement in any crime or deviant act. Having established this fact, it is, however, imperative to enlist the peculiarities of the Year 2017 among other years in Nigeria. This year alone has accommodated many dramas emanating from both the government and the governed. The act of marrying two or more wives by energetic, productive and resourceful men has basically been a thing of joy and celebration in the time past - particularly in Africa regions. This act in itself signifies power, strength and dignity for the head of the family "man" who plies the trade for economic purpose or agricultural reasons.

Without mincing words, corruption among youths in Nigeria today is currently at its peak. An average Nigerian youth today believes they have to cut corners before they make it in life. This belief has resulted in crimes of different kinds among the youths - where cyber-crime called yahoo yahoo  is the most common of all. The rapport usually starts on a friendly note but after a while, several lies/pretence comes into play in order to extort money from the party abroad. In the quest to curb these crimes at least because there is no crime-free society, the Nigerian police created a special unit saddled with the responsibility of curbing this act among youths. My very first encounter with the word CABAL as formed by five intriguing ministers of Charles II (Clifford, Arlington, Buckingham, Ashley, and Lauderdale) was at my secondary school level through an erudite grammarian scholar's textbook. In his teaching, he described the term as a secret agency which comprises of selected few people that play an inextricable role in the operations and activities of a particular government - organisation, constituency and so on. Since the good old days "secondary school", it has been a popular story every now and then that Nigerian government is been controlled by some small sect tagged CABAL. At this juncture, I begin to wonder who the CABALs are? Where they are? Why their faces have been secretive? and above all, Why they exercise power over a constituted authority? Basically, the most feared virus or medical status by human existence is Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) without belittling the likes of Ebola Virus, Lassa Fever, Zika Virus and lots more viruses that have rocked, shaken and threatened the continuity of human being. Regardless of these medical conditions` and its prowess, there lie four basic medical conditions that need constant care than HIV/AIDS.  The existence of these four basic medical conditions seems way older than the discovery of HIV/AIDS alongside other viral viruses/diseases, but, with adequate care, the situation can be managed, controlled and outlived.
