Why Real Madrid FC Remains Unstoppable under the Reign of Zinedine Zidane Today

Why Zizou is Unstoppable Today
Real Madrid football club is arguably one of the best (if not the very best) team playing the most-sort after sport "football" by history and in this present dispensation under the management of legend player Zinedine Zidane. By history, Real Madrid FC is known for its long reign of dominance in the game of football as a result of the quality of players and coaching crews at their disposal. In simplicity, Real Madrid FC is a club where "Stars", "Legends" from various position come to ply their trade. This is why remarkable names in the World of football have passed through the club; Alfredo Di Stefano, Raymond Kopa, Ferenc Puskas, Ronaldo Delima, Figo, Raul, Beckham, Roberto Carlos, Casillas,  Leo Beenhakker, Luis Carniglia, Miguel Munoz, Del Bosque, Pellegrini, Mourinho, Ancelloti, and now Zidane popularly called Zizou.

Noticeably, the reigns of these players/coaches showers accolade on them individually and collectively as well as producing a lot of trophies in the cabinet of Real Madrid. This long reign was hereby short-lived by the reign of arch-rival "Barcelona" under the management of Frank Rijkaard - where Ronaldinho Gaucho was the talisman. During this time, Real Madrid struggled to survive because two masters cannot reign at the same time. The momentum was carried on by the reshuffled squad of former team coach "Pep Guardiola" - who sold Barcelona ageing squad - Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Deco, Belletti and lots more to enjoy a long winning streak at home (La-Liga, Copa del Rey...) and abroad (UEFA Champions League, Fifa Club World Cup, Super Cup...).
Unfortunately, this was the time Jose Mourinho was in charge of Real Madrid FC as a replacement of Pellegrini. As earlier stated, two masters/stars cannot shine at the same time; thus, Guardiola overshadowed the special one "Jose Mourinho" to the brim leading to various critics that the special one has lost the touch. This in itself and a couple of other dressing room issue led to the departure of Jose from Madrid.

At the departure of Pep from Barcelona, Real Madrid in search of the golden fleece employed another legendary coach "Carlo Ancelloti". In his time, Real Madrid returned to a winning streak as they begin to spring surprises to the extent of winning the UEFA Champions league that same year where Cristiano Ronaldo was outstanding. Ever since, Barcelona has struggled to shine even with the presence of magical trio MSN - Messi, Suarez, and Neymar.

Since Carlo was not consistent with the glory (since Real Madrid wants repeated success), he was replaced with a former legendary player, the then sports director "Zinedine Zidane" whom majority feels won't stay long due to his little or no coaching experience. But unfortunately, his reign showered surprises on football fans and Real Madrid management by bringing back the old glory he enjoyed as a player to life again. In his time, Real Madrid has won back-back Champions league defeating arch-rival Atletico Madrid and Italian giant "Juventus", two La Ligas, two Super Cup's, and Copa del Rey cup.
This, therefore, brings us to the question why Zizou remains unstoppable? To give an adequate answer to this, I would want you to exercise patience and reminisce on the time of Pep Guardiola at Barcelona. Kindly go through these for justification;
  • Pep had quality players at hand - Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Busquet...
  • Pep was inexperienced in terms of managing/coaching bigger teams.
  • Pep was lucky at all times - consider the semi-final victory against Hiddink's Chelsea.
  • Pep was calm, patient and strategic.
  • Pep reshuffled his team.
  • Pep developed the team to work together with an invincible finisher - Messi.
  • Pep developed a style of playing - tiki taka style
  • It was just his era.
 All of this pointer had links to why Zizou remains unstoppable today. In simplicity, everything (the time, the players, the referees, the fans, the football...) works in his favour. I don't know precisely when this era will end but lets kindly fold our hands and continue to enjoy good football. #HallaMadrid
